By joining Kilauea Phys Ed I agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. After the initial month and enrollment fee are paid I agree to a monthly autopay charge of $99 monthly via a credit or debit card beginning 30 days after the initial payment. The monthly payment will continue after the initial 12-month term unless terminated per our cancellation policy on this site. A $99 annual fee applies on the 1 year anniversary of your initial sign-up. I agree that I am a duly responsible authorized account holder on the credit/debit card issued by the presented card’s financial institution. I also agree to a $5.00 monthly charge if I need to ‘freeze’ my account for any reason.
All Kilauea Phys Ed memberships are effective for a 12-month membership term payable in monthly autopay subscription installments All memberships will renew automatically at the end of the initial 12-month term for an additional 12-month term unless canceled a minimum of 30 days prior to the end of the 12-month term. All cancellations must be completed in person at the Kilauea Phys Ed location by completing a written/signed cancellation form. If for any reason you need to cancel your membership before the end of the 12-month term a $150 early-termination fee will apply before canceling your monthly subscription payment obligation.
Minors 15 – 17: Age Requirement: Individuals who wish to become a member of Kaua’i Athletic Club must be at least 15 years old.
Parental Presence: A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of sign-up for all members who are under 18 years of age.
Independent Use: Members who are under 18 years of age may use Kauai Athletic Club without a parent or guardian present if they are a member and their parent or guardian has signed the liability waiver and financial guarantee and membership agreement.
Minors 15-18 are not permitted to purchase day passes and must purchase a full membership.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all members, particularly minors while using Kaua’i Athletic Club facilities.
